Brad is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of global experience in educational exchange and social work, recognized for spearheading groundbreaking initiatives and promoting India-U.S. soft diplomacy. With an acceptance rate of less than 3%, Mr. Baldwin is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s esteemed School of Cinematic Arts and has an additional academic background in the fields of Geography, Nonprofit Management, International Affairs, Psychology, & Social Work.
In 2002, Brad produced EKTA an international play, with a cast of 14 under-served youth from Ahmedabad, that linked the lives of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and toured the United States for four months. Mr. Baldwin was the first to introduce J-1 Exchange Visitor program opportunities to youth in India, programs which opened the doors of opportunity for middle-class students, often the first from their family to travel abroad.
Socially, Brad collaborated with the Bharat Scouts & Guides of Gujarat and local NGO Manav Sadhna to establish Scout Troop 1992, the first such volunteer initiative for youth in the Ramapir No Tekro community. Mr. Baldwin is an author, screenwriter, and entrepreneur, with travels to all 50 U.S. States and 34 Countries.
Jaideep is currently the Managing Director of Crosstream Consulting Pvt. Ltd., an information research-outsourcing firm, based in Bangalore, India. Mr. Verma is a seasoned world traveler, both for business and pleasure, and is a keen proponent of youth educational travel.
Jaideep provides cultural insight and strategic advice, and has participated in many World Classroom programs for both Project 10-15 and Taj Global Understanding. In addition to spending time with family, Jaideep is an avid reader, an interior furniture designer, thoughtful observer of the world, and frequent visitor to Japan!
Ron is a CPA with Yount, Hyde & Barbour, one of Virginia’s leading accounting firms. Mr. Evans served as Director for Taj Global Understanding (TGU) for over twelve years, volunteering and contributing to the successful implementation of numerous international exchange programs.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Ron a member of his local church choir, builds mobility ramps for those in need, and often volunteers his time and and expertise. In his spare time, Ron enjoys gardening, everything baseball, and riding his Harley!
Vicky is a social worker with the Orange County Department of Social Services. Mrs. Tidman has focused much of her professional life on assisting youth within the foster care system.
Volunteering is a way of life for Vicky, endeavors that have included PTA, Mitchell's Presbyterian Church, Scouting, and assisting with inbound World Classroom student exchange programs. Vicky’s light-working pursuits include being a mom of six, grandma of three, and wife of over 35 years to Graeme.
Erin currently serves as an oncology nurse at the Duke Cancer Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, fulfilling a dream to connect with patients facing uphill battles.
As the daughter of Foreign Service Officers at the U.S. State Department, Mrs. Glass grew up in India, Australia, Uruguay, and Orange County Virginia. Erin resides in North Carolina with her husband and two young children.

Dr. Julie Desai brings over two decades of distinguished legal experience, marked by strategic depth and refined expertise in Immigration Law. At Mehul Vakharia Associates Advocates, she advises international educational institutions and global mobility organizations on complex cross-border matters, combining precision, discretion, and regulatory insight, alongside her proficiency in Banking, Aviation, and Company Law.
She holds a Master of Science (Honors in Mathematics) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Air Transport Management and Aviation Law. In recognition of her contributions to the humanities and sustained social service initiatives, she was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Advanced Studies (Humanities) by University of Azteca.
Dr. Desai is also the Founder of Ecstatic Faces Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to advancing educational equity and community capacity-building. With a focused commitment to empowering young girls, the foundation fosters inclusive learning environments, promotes mentorship, and expands access to meaningful opportunities. Through this work, she extends her impact beyond the courtroom, championing confidence, leadership, and long-term social transformation.
