INTERNATIONAL MENTOR

MENTORSHIP PATHWAY PROGRAM

The Project 10–15 Mentorship Pathway Program (U.S.-based) is designed for students and young professionals who aspire to think, grow, and lead beyond borders.

As a Global Exposure Mentor, we provide personalized guidance that goes far beyond studying or traveling abroad.

Our mentorship focuses on:

  • Personal growth and identity development
  • Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Communication and cultural nuance
  • Confidence, resilience, and life skills
  • Access to global opportunities

In today’s digitally connected world, borders are no longer barriers. Remote work, global collaboration, and international networks require future leaders to confidently navigate cultures, time zones, and diverse perspectives.

With countries like India hosting a significant share of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), global readiness is no longer optional—it is  essential.

We don’t simply advise.
We help architect your life path.

Each mentorship is collaborative, evolving with the student’s growth, ambitions, and experiences.

STUDENT PROGRAMS

THE ROADMAP

Are you planning to study abroad? Are you currently in 10th standard or above? Preparing for the next chapter in a student’s academic trajectory begins long before the college application process commences. The Roadmap is an opportunity to engage with students and parents from a 35,000 foot view in order to define a personal strategy that blends together academic, personal interest, hobbies, and social service.  Sessions are in blocks of 2 hours.

THE ESSAY

The essay is one of the most integral aspects of a college application. The essay is an opportunity for a student to articulate their life journey to an admissions board. The essay is what can shine a spotlight on one student’s application among many finalists. Writing is a voice that has the potential to open doors. The personal essay requires two essential ingredients; A) Life Experience and B) Rewriting. Let us work with you to find your voice.  The Essay Package includes up to 8 hours of 1:1 consultation and up to four drafts.

SECOND LOOK

For those students who are independently managing the admissions process or are unable to invest in the mentorship/consulting process, Second Look may be right for you. 1) You provide us your application materials and complete our intake questionnaire.  2) We have an initial session with you and your parents. 3) An internal review and analysis are made of your materials and feedback notes are generated. 4) A final session in which we provide feedback, guidance, and recommendations for your consideration.
